dear team. I'm experiencing the same problem as above with SVG not rendering properly (just texts) on drupal core 11.3.1 4 PHP8.4.21 , UI pattern ver 2.0.18. using gin admin theme. gin toolbar v3.0.3 and gin admin 5.0.15. (I think the same porblem occured even when we use the core admin theme/claro, with/without navigation module activated)
similar to this 
however, on another different website with drupal core 11.4.4 / php 8.4.21 everything seems to be OK. using gin admin theme v 5.0.15
In addition Id like to add this probably related bug on the UI ICON (which could be cause by the UI pattern codes) .
And a similar problem occurs on all of my ICON PICKER form formatter -> shown below
I have not put this on the UI Icon Bugs yet.. but probably I'll put a link /comment there to this one here.

infohome commentedadded info : somehow the problem disappear in UI pattern UI pattern ver 2.0.19. but another problem occurs when trying to addd new sections/new blocks into the layoutbuilder... the prblme is as follows, the 'overlay menu is too large ( full screen, coming from left) ,and the color combination is harder to see)' , happening on with Gin Admin Theme & Gin Layout Builder. @grimreaper --> the twig version, I am sorry that I dont know how to check it . I don't think I am installing any specific twig modules at all, except for whatever basic modules which are already included in the basic drupal core 11.3.14 / PHP 8.3.24 versions
NOTE: on this screenshot I have to 'force Select All'(CTRL+A) on the whole page, in order to make the letters on the offcavass menu to be partially visible. Originally the letters on the offcavass menu are 'white coloured' (totally unreadable)
Below is the offcanvas full-screen error after clicking 'add blocks', the letters colour combination are still visible

You can check your twig version with
composer info twig/twig.Have you tested without Gin and Gin Layout Builder?
A huge work had been done on this theme to have default Layout Builder clean without needing module like Gin Layout Builder.
So if when using Gin Layout Builder there is a bug, the issue should be opened on this module.

However just for additonal info, currently when I switch tested on other basic main themes (i.e. : olivero / daisy UI suite / some other bootstrap 5), the abovementioned 'offcanvas full-screen size and strange text colour' problems does not appear, whether with Drupal Core/Navigation Toolbar OR Gin Admin and Gin Layout Builder activated.
As for checking disabling "Gin and Gin Layout Builder" I'll recheck and report back again. --> about to be tested soon
--> TESTED justnow and the problem still happen even with Gin Admin/Gin Toolbar/Gin Layout Builder deactivated (only using the core toolbar or core-Navigation activated). based on the abovementioned multi testing on different submodules/themes, the problem seems not coming fromthe gin codes.
it seems that the problem appears either from the Theme Codes of ( Bootstrap UI Suite Theme ) and/or the UI-Pattern codes. (forgive me if my assumption is incorrect)

Can you inspect which CSS file makes a rendering problem?

--> all errors are tested only on 1/same website (which have a few different themes installed. the twig is the same for that same web.
Can you inspect which CSS file makes a rendering problem? -> dear sir, I am not able to check this part any hints on how I can perform this checking? (I ll try to do some reading on this aspect right now) many thanks for the helpful response.
Note: I have not performed any specific modification on the 'CSS/coding level' (at the themes subfolders/and or UI pattern submodules) of the current drupal website which we are discussing.

Dear sir grimreaper here are the basic steps that I use (note I am installing on a common/generic shared hosting Cpanel based system (along with its basic features activated , Cpanel on cloudlinux,, ))
-> steps using standard drupal installation with composer
composer create-project drupal/recommended-project "my_site_name"
after that I install drush : composer require drush/drush
next I use the standard instalation via web-based pages
after that I install the other UI suite / Bootstrap Theme modules the them along with the dependencies
composer require 'drupal/ui_suite_bootstrap:^5.2',
AND
composer require 'drupal/ui_patterns:^2.0'
I also install other theme for example : "composer require 'drupal/bootstrap5:^4.0'".
let's say taht I didn't install any gin theme / etc
basically this is how I did it. everything is functioning. however when we activate ui_suite_bootstrap theme
and try to edit 'layout builder' of the 'content type'.. the screen response (UI reponse) during 'Add Section' and 'Add Block' on the Layout Builder page is not good and somewhat different from the 'other bootstrap based themes', jsut like shown in the screenshotsabove.
