Noting that tests are failing on this MR https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ui_suite_bootstrap/-/jobs/9469700 and that ideally PHPUnit job shouldn't be allowed to fail.

That's because on the MR, it requires a change on UI Patterns 2 not merged yet (hence the postponed status).

It is more a POC/test for the UIP issue.
