The "group" plugin does not exist

Problem/Motivation

When using the group settings field, an unexpected error appear like the following:
Drupal\Component\Plugin\Exception\PluginNotFoundException: The "group" plugin does not exist. Valid plugin IDs for Drupal\ui_patterns_settings\UiPatternsSettingsManager are: attributes, textfield, checkbox, token, boolean, number, url, select in Drupal\Core\Plugin\DefaultPluginManager->doGetDefinition() (line 53 of core/lib/Drupal/Component/Plugin/Discovery/DiscoveryTrait.php).
