Very interesting module.
In the installation instructions, you mention "delayed payment".

Set your payment method to authorization only, uc_viral only works with delayed collection only previously authorized payments

I don't see anywhere in Ubercart where this can be configured.
Any tips?
Does it only work with certain payment methods?

What payment method are you using? Only credit cards have the ability to 'authorize' a payment before the money is actually debited, so it wouldn't be possible to do something with paypal, for instance.

On various different sites, I've used Paypal, Credit Card remote [user is send to another site to process payment], and Credit card on-site.

How could I set up a credit card to 'authorize' a payment before debiting.
I can't see any setting for that.
Do you configure a delay of predetermined length?

So the Credit card payment module I wrote only supports immediate processing.
I'll dig into the documentation from the payment provider to see whether I can support 'authorize only' too.
