When creating new orders with `Blank line` products GST isn't added to the product as `Blank lines` don't have nodes. I'm not sure if this is a bug or an undocumented feature but it knocks out the GST component of the order and invoice.

A patch to bring uc_gst into line with uc_taxes is included. It simulates a node object for Blank line products which will then respect the tax settings in /admin/store/settings/taxes/[gst]/edit
