venkat-rk commentedLooking at the screenshot, it seems like EBS is flagging an error because it suspects the data entered previously in Ubercart as being inadequate. If you were using dummy data, could you try filling in the check out details fully? Specifically, address, city, postal code and phone?
We have this very code running on a live site for the last few months without any issue, so, let's try to rule out other possible causes first.
