Any plans for a UC2/D6 version?

I do have plans for this but finding free time is difficult, and it's not quite as straightforward as most module upgrades as workflow_ng will have to be replaced with the new Conditional Actions API.

If someone is willing to sponsor the work in order to get this done more quickly, please let me know, otherwise patches for a D6 version are more than welcome.

I would love to see this. I even think this should be core.
UC2 has implemented this for the "Shipping quote settings" right out of the box.

Why don't we post this in the general UC issue queue? As you already have an working base, we might speed up the progress if we find some more people who help work on it.

Unfortunately I don't have the skills to be a helping hand, but I am interested to chip in something towards an upgrade.

This module has now been ported to Drupal 6. A development release will be available from http://drupal.org/node/588090 in a few hours, and I will release 6.x-1.0 soon if no problems are reported.

Please make the following condition sets available for Conditional Payments:

Order: Billing address
- Check an order's billing State/Province
- Check an order's billing country
- Check an order's billing postal code

Order: Shipping address
- Check an order's shipping State/Province
- Check an order's shipping country
- Check an order's shipping postal code

All "order" conditions are now available in the Drupal 6 version.
