using the theme, I am looking for any h1-tag. But I coudnt find any an my (test)site. For SEO I think it would be great to have one h1 on the site.

I can't reproduce it here. Node title is placed in h1 tag when viewing single node. Page title is placed in h1 tag when viewing multiple nodes. In other words - there is always one h1 tag per page. I think this is the most optimal solution SEO-wise.
