While this was in development we discovered the Trash module had a new 3.x branch being planned and we decided to join forces there! Please check it out.
Sometimes your editors shouldn't be able to delete content from the site. Other times you want to be able to have some time to recover content that you accidentally deleted.
Trashcan allows you to grant users the ability to soft delete content before it is actually deleted from your site.
