Problem/Motivation

When I demonstrated this module for a large audience, I received feedback that users viewing the Trash overview page don't know if auto-purge is enabled or how long items will remain in the trash. They brought up that Google Drive's trash feature indicates how long items will remain in the trash:

Proposed resolution

If auto purge is enabled, display text above the trash listing that indicates the auto purge setting, similar to what we already do on the entity delete confirmation form:

Trash overview page with message 'Items in the trash will be deleted forever after 4 weeks.'
