Update module to use the new Variation Cache

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 10.2 has introduced Variation cache which allows caches other than render cache to have cache contexts. Previously Transform API just used the render cache to cache all JSON transforms, but this is no longer necessary.

Remaining tasks

Examine if this can be done without losing Drupal 9 compatibility.
