Installation instructions are provided in README.txt file.
This module does not include much code and does not put much work on server, much of the things are handled by library itself. So make sure tooltipster library is included.
Lots of flexibility is provided by the library itself, in upcoming version other functionalities will be included as well.
Right now tooltip can be called anywhere in the whole Drupal site. Please raise issues and bugs to help me to build the amazing tooltip solution in Drupal.
