Initial Drupal 12 development branch for the core Toolbar module:
Origin of this release:
1 - Moved the Toolbar module from core:
https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal/-/tree/11.x/core/modules/toolbar
to repo's new 2.x default development branch:
https://git.drupalcode.org/project/toolbar/-/commits/2.x
with the entire history of the project moved over from core.
2 - Fixed minimal contrib module setup:
Made all the necessary changes so the module could be installed with composer, for versions 11.5+ and 12, and tested completely in Gitlab CI build pipelines, see:
#3624202: Create an initial 2.x-dev release for module Toolbar
The overall goal of this initial dev release is to allow other projects to require the module as a composer dependency, so they could also be updated as well and support D12.
