Static links get cached per toolbar not per user

The user name gets cached, all users see the username of the user who loaded first the toolbar. If admin has loaded the toolbar for the first time and other users use the same toolbar they'll see admin. This bug also creates static links with user profile for anonymous users (if cache exists).
