Implement Hook:ai_tools_property_alter for handling MapContextDefinition and ListContextDefinition [#3546476]

We are introducing some custom context definitions to allow nested definitions and we need to allow normalization to treat them accordingly.

I merged the part for MapContextDefinition, still need to determine what is necessary for the ListContextDefinition. It's probably similar.
