the list of terms from tokens like terms-2-or-array is totally messed up.
It would be great if it respects the order of the terms in the vocabulary.

Acknowledged. I don't think I will make this happen anytime soon, but it is a reasonable request. (Got too many other project on my hands.)

The standard sorting is most likely in term ID order – the way terms are fetched from the database.

(Sorry for not being able to take care of this right away. I've been neglecting this module for some time now – and I've consequently changed the project status to "looking for co-maintainer".)

Hoping that it could be addressed, as it would open new, innovative ways for leveraging the great Drupal taxonomy handling.
