I realize that PathAuto attempts to use tokens to create url path aliases, but there seem to be several outstanding issues with it dropping child terms when using full path tokens (i.e. termpath, bookpath, etc.). Is it possible to have Token support directly in the url alias field of a node?

These would be provided by #127613: Provide tokens for node url and path (i.e. absolute and relative alias respectively). Marking this issue as a duplicate.
