Thank you so much for the token module!

gregglesAre there any issues that need to be fixed prior to the release?
Here are my items:
fagomarked #440292: Use latest Token dev, the (very old) "stable" release does not work with Rules as duplicate.
dave reidI would feel strongly for:
#366370: $node->name is undefined when using nodeapi('insert')
gregglesI committed a few more of these. I'm less confident about adding in all the crazy dates...anybody else care about those?
Either way, I think it's time for another official release and will likely roll it next week or so (to give some time for any newly introduced bugs to shake out).
Cologner875 commentedwill "new" tokens like http://drupal.org/node/331238 (and others with status "needs review" or "reviewed...") be added in the new release? or are they already part of the current dev-release?
this would be very usefull for unexperienced users (concerning manually patching the module) like me :)
mitchell commentedIt always baffled me that token is missing a #181546: Token for body of node.
greggles@Cologner875: not likely. We're trying to keep token bloat down.
@mitchell: read my comments on the issue. They should un-baffle you as to why this is not included ;) Until they are addressed...it's unlikely to be committed.
MGN commentedWhile I agree with the need to keep the bloat out (and think the token_starter kit should help at that), I think profile support is a worthwhile addition #125640: Profile tokens and I have recently revised and reviewed the D6 patch. Please see that issue for the details (I mention it here because there is also a D5 patch in that issue, and the D6 patch is not apparent looking at the issue queue). Since profile is core, it seems consistent that token would support it just as it has with taxonomy, for example.
I believe #127072: Display token_help for more than one type is RTBC and another example of a D6 patch living in a 5.x issue :).
AlxM commentedA token to seperate out the levels of taxonomy would be great eg. a token to list all top level terms/id's then another token for second level terms... etc.
gregglesI took care of #477972: Provide Simpletests for Token.
@AlxM - that's #185446: Provide tokens for each vocabulary and won't happen soon.
I also created #437842: create a token starterkit module and documentation so people know how to use it.
So, I think we're ready to go. Created new releases - should be out by the time you get this message.
