Problem/Motivation

Running PHPUnit tests with  --display-deprecations  on Drupal 11 shows:

token_requirements without a #[LegacyRequirementsHook] attribute is deprecated in drupal:11.3.0 and removed in drupal:13.0.0.

Run PHPUnit tests with  --display-deprecations  on Drupal 11.

I checked the current Token module code and found that the `#[LegacyRequirementsHook]` attribute is already present in `token.install`.

The attribute appears to have been added in commit `e0953a5687d3cdeaecd45dd46d9d6bc0be61a71e`, which references issue #3586686.

Could someone confirm whether this existing change also resolves this issue, or whether any additional changes are required?
