PHP version updated to 7.3.9 and When I am clearing Cache from Admin token are not working.
For eg. giving Error:-
The Page title is using the following invalid tokens: [site:name].
The Site name is using the following invalid tokens: [site:name].

But When Clearing cache using Drush, Everything working fine.
