Added node body-truncate token

I needed this token when I wanted the title of a node to be the first X characters of the body. It came in useful when we created a cck node reference for a list of quotes we had, and people could remember portions of the quote better than they could anything else.

not sure if I should use check_plain on the output or some other method to improve the security of it, but any suggestions welcome.
