This might just be me being stupid but my available tokens column seems to be empty.

Anyone know why this might be?

This likely means you have some other JavaScript on your site causing a problem, and you'll have to use your browser's console log or something like Firebug to find out what's responsible. You should be able to see all the rows if you temporarily disable JS.
