Static anchor count for output of multiple nodes at once

If you output multiple nodes at once, each with a TOC (e.g. in a pdf document), the same anchors may appear multiple times because the anchor count is initiated with every node. In such case the anchors don't work properly. This could be avoided by declaring the anchor count variable as static.
