Not Working

I upgraded from 1.7 to 1.8 and when added text into the field and when saving nothing gets saved and the text is gone. With TinytinyMCE turned off I can enter and save text with no problem. I can access the TinytinyMCE administration. The files are located in the sites/all/modules directory and I used this script for the advanced mode. Yet nothing is saved when I enter text.
