Greetings,
I am having an issue with IE not rendering things correctly (go figure, right?) It also seems like the IE stylesheets arent rendering at all since i keeps pulling from the tensil.css at all times.

Can you point me in the right place for fixing this issue please.
I know a bit of css so I can fix the issue myself but i am not sure why the ie.css isnt being pulled at all.

With using firebug, IE development tools ... the ie-fix.css fill isn't being pull for what I can tell. If i turn on all the performance caching than it seems to work fine with IE

I marked this as critical because for most people this would be a massive issue but i just commented the lines out and turned on the cache setting unless i am themeing.

This isnt a tinsel issue, its something to do with Author-pane or Advanced forum, so I posted over there.
