That's too bad, because it looks like I need to change the JS code in order to change the layout (like putting overview on the top).

Can't we just use the libraries and let Drupal handle the compression?

However, even though the original use case is wrong, it still seems disconcerting that the bundled version does work but the unbundled version does not.
