I spend so much time with this module trying to figure it out but with no hope. I was trying to create clock-in/clock-out for the employees in my company. I am comparing using it vs. other modules such as time_tracker, storm, PM, etc. The main problem with time_tracker is that I can't add additional fields. All I need is a couple hints of how to use this module

I concur. It's not intuitive enough to leave out the documentation. It obviously does not seem to add a new field type. Maybe it is a display mode for another field type?
