When I enable thickbox modul all seems to work fine.
The only thing that do not work is the choice of the derivative that wil be used by Thickbox.
The module uses the exact path used to show the image inside the link.
Eg.

<a href="http://taldeitali/files/images/delorean-modello.preview.jpg" class="thickbox"><img src="http://taldeitali/files/images/delorean-modello.preview.jpg" width="425" height="203" alt="Modellino DeLorean" /></a>

This is the code generated also when the derivative option is set to original, or thumbnail, or any other size...
Just a copy of the img src.
What I miss?

On my site the derivative link works properly budt the image is resized to fit inside the browserwindow.
any ideas on that.

Same here, it seems to work but the window is adjusted according to the current resolution; not like Lightbox v2 that allows to click on a "zoom" button.
