Some of the images do not show up on the Edit Structure page.

Fix

Add a forward slash to the src element of the img tag in themebuilder_edit_structure.inc. Here are the corrected lines:

323: '#description' => 'Only local images are allowed. 354: '#description' => 'Only local images are allowed. 371: '#description' => 'Only local images are allowed. 458: '#description' => 'Only local images are allowed. 549: '#description' => 'Only local images are allowed.

I discovered the same problem in administer > site configuration > theme builder. The affected file is themebuilder.module. I have updated the patch accordingly.
