Browser margin entry does not have units

On the Layout page, under Advanced width settings, the Browser margin box does not display measurement units. This is because the Form field suffix value is set using an orphan variable on line 132 in themebuilder_edit_layout.inc. The variable $themebuilder_theme_layout_suffix does not appear anywhere else in the code.

It is possible that this was intended to be $theme_layout_suffix, which is set in data.inc. However, it may not be a good idea to allow different suffixes here because the validation code at the bottom of themebuilder_edit_layout.inc seems to be expecting only the "em" suffix.

Also note that the second and third validation criteria are identical.
