Content field type 'image' and 'file' not working.

After enable 'theme editor' module, content field type 'image' and 'file' not working. While uploading file or image, gives below fatal error.

fatal error: Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string in DatabaseStatementBase->execute() (line 2095 of /var/www/html/includes/database/database.inc).
