Error on the site

Hello,
Activated the Developer version of you on my site and nothing took my site down, all the pages appear the error message, I can not access the admin normally.
and there's no way I access the FTP since I have no control of that part of the server at the time.

I can only access the admin site as follows: inserting a nonexistent url, nurse he sends me to the "page not found" and so I have access to the admin, but I can not disable the module because of an error in time to disable .

following the website link:
https://www1.mar.mil.br/deluruguaiana/

Here's a link on how I can access the admin:
https://www1.mar.mil.br/deluruguaiana/index#overlay=admin/modules

following screen print from the mistakes that appear when I try to turn off the module.
