Problem/Motivation

Currently only administrator able to setup TFA verification code for users. Is there a way for users to setup on their own? Seems that by default it just blocked user when attempting to login.

As far as I know, if a role is required to have TFA (see the TFA settings and Roles required to have set up TFA), you are blocked from login unless you have TFA setup on that account. The workaround is to let the admin setup TFA for that account or uncheck the checkbox Roles required to have set up TFA for that role.
