The patch attached changes the menu slightly to bring it into line with the new menu in the Textimage dev builds and the upcoming 2.1 release.

The 'List autoinserts' item becomes 'Autoinserts' with two local tasks: 'List' and 'New'.
The 'New autoinsert' item is removed completely.
