I updated the german translation to match the latest version, to match the german translation standards (translation of node, quotation marks) and finally fix some minor errors. Please commit it to CVS. The naming of the po file seems to be wrong to, but I can't tell you how to modify it in CVS. If needed, rename it.

In Drupal 6 core, the naming convention is modules-MODULENAME.de.po

Is there an exception for contributed modules?

I did change this in CVS
