that is a cool module. But...
I will be very nice if you will create some change to this module.

1. if check Select parents automatically: it will work and with minimum 2 selected item. (because I wont to select only 1 but to by an parent too to show this item in root term too.)

Sorry, this is a bit too specific. Unfortunately everyone wants selecting parents and children to work in a slightly different way, and the behavior you described would be very strange from a UI standpoint.
