Child terms translation

Hello,

We use term reference fancytree on a multilingual project and when editing a node translation, selected terms children appear with default language instead of interface selected language.
I don't understand why this behaviour is only on selected terms and not all terms but writing a patch that get the term translation in the getNestedListJsonArray method did the job for me so I share the patch here for anyone interested to review and and participate.
