Problem/Motivation

Trying to disable the module raises a PDOException on some systems. This is because the disable/uninstall code runs some SQL queries with hard-coded table names, rather than applying the table prefix defined in the Drupal configuration.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Install Drupal and add a table prefix while configuring the database
  2. Install the Taxonomy Tools module and enable it
  3. Try to disable the module

Proposed resolution

The hard-coded SQL queries should be adjusted and apply the table prefix defined in the Drupal configuration.

The attached patch does exactly this.

Remaining tasks

Only the SQL queries in hook_uninstall() and hook_disable() have been identified and adjusted.
