i'm sorry for being clueless: when i upgraded to the 5.x-1.5-dev version the taxonomy_fields fields in my content type go away, although the fields themselves seem to remain, and they reappear when i reinstall 5.x-1.4-dev: the admin/content/taxonomy_fields page says, "No fields are assigned to terms."

i'm just lazy and don't want to redo the content type: all the fields previously made for this content type do seem to still be available for assignment. Haven't tried to save anything in 5.x-1.5-dev. Going to go back to 1.4-dev, see if i can export it to another type, and mess with that.

is taxonomy fields enabled in the vocabulary settings?

- #151484 taxonomies are now selectable/ignorable, so taxonomy fields needs to be enable in the vocabulary settings

o yes: it's another happy day in Fuzzy Mountains, Clueless, Wyoming.

As you pointed out, i'd neglected to go to admin/content/taxonomy to edit the relevant vocabulary and turn on Taxonomy Fields for it.
