Deny access to a specific term / node associated with a term for a specific role

Good afternoon, please tell me if I can, among my 1000 terms, allow access to a specific term (and the nodes attached to it) only for a specific role.
In other words, I have terms:
Term 1
Term 2
....
Term 1000

And there is a role IT_ADMIN_GROUP

I want to configure so that all terms and their nodes are accessible to all users, but except for the term Term 534,
it should be available only to users with the IT_ADMIN_GROUP role

If I create a SCHEME with the right to VIEW my dictionary, and in the settings in the IT_ADMIN_GROUP role window I will select Term 534.
That all works, namely users with the role IT_ADMIN_GROUP will see the term and content, but at the same time they will not see the other terms and their nodes. As if the setting does not complement the access rights, but completely overlaps depending on the choice
