Hello! Thank you for this wonderful module that is easy to use for us non-programmers out here.

One thing-how do I stop the refresh from appearing when I create the tabbed block? It doesn't seem to work and most of my users will be confounded by it and not understand.

you need to open tabbed_block.js,
comment line:

    //tabbed_block_ajax(this);

sorry that the module do not comes with the interface that disable ajax refresh...
