roderikI had the same just now, so I looked if I could trace it in code. This patch gets the info from other fields, if the 'info' field is empty.
On this system, for the 'empty' rows (and only for those rows), there is always a description in the 'system.owner' field.
It looks to me like these rows are all old D5 modules, which have never encountered a module with the same name in a D6 'modules' directory.
(I didn't trace all the code to be 100% sure of this, but I think that is the only possibility for system.owner to still have a description. It was apparently put there during the D5 > D6 upgrade.)

MGParisi commentedI do not have a viable test site. If someone with D6 would like to take over the maintenance of this module that would be great! If you are worried about using this module then DONT USE IT! Not beign harsh or hard, but we really meant it when we stated that this was for ADVANCED USERS!
