Syndication not working for taxonomies - only blogs - and bad links on syndication page

Hi, i have installed this mod along with taxonomy_dhtml and on the syndication page i have nice rows of links but they do not go to /taxonomy/feed/X - instead they go to the regular html taxonomy pages...

Furthermore, if i manually type in /taxonomy/feed/x then i get a 404

thanks
