I followed the update procedure from 2.5 to the latest 3.0 dev build. Now I'm having a strange issue with the files on my site. I am using SWF Tools with download link on a private file system. It is outputting my download link properly and that is working fine. However, it is attempting to access the files to play in an incorrect location and outputting that path as an error.
//home/nameofdirectory/files/ is the path is it using for the mp3 player
but the drupal path for download that works is /system/files/nameofdirectory/nameoffile.mp3
I tried adding the conf array to my settings.php file, but it still didn't work.

Stuart Greenfield commentedTested locally on latest DRUPAL-6--3 code and it's working ok.
Private system outputs path in the form //systems/files/someFile.mp3, and a corresponding absolute link to the file to download it.
In particular, you should not be getting links from SWF Tools that start // - everything now should be relative.
Can you check you have got the latest development package, clear your site caches, and then see if it is still doing it?
Thanks.
