They actually target a complete different scope. SWF Upload provides a widget for FileField in order to allow users to upload multiple files at the same time, integrating a flash-based file uploader from http://www.swfupload.org/.

SWField is basically a field that allows a more friendly approach to SWF files upload. It has been modelled after ImageField, so it works very similarly: you upload the file, you have the preview, you can override the width and height in the global settings for the field, you can have a default file to use in case no file is uploaded, etc. etc. Also provides integration with "Insert" module, and planning the support for FLV files, which will be rendered via a flash player, thanks to SWF Tools, which this module relies on.
