Hi, Thanks for the time you've put into the development of this module.

I'm currently looking for a form creation module we'll add to our Drupal project. I installed yours and the webform module. I had some problems with the webform module when used with i18n, but don't laugh, I discovered some in yours (Hihihihi).

The "Form" and "Results" tab don't appear when i18n is active. I can create a new survey, but I can't define any field. So I get a survey without questions!!!! I'm not receiving any error messages and there's not much more I can tell you. Sorry...

Me either - same problem. Anyone have a clue?

I'm trying to follow these instructions, http://support.bryght.com/admin-guide/create-contact-form, but am stuck at this point.

Aha! - and Eureeka and such.

Dumb me, should have checked my own source code earlier. The extra tabs are there, they just weren't showing up because they are secondary tabs. I added a css definition and viola!

Seems like these simple things are always the most elusive.
