When pressing submit on the page to creat a new survey the subsequent page comes up blank.
The survey is created (atleast it is listed in my content explorer page (admin/node).
Also, I can't delete the new survey. When trying to delete the page comes up blank as well!

I also can't access this partially created survey. It (you guessed it) comes up blank!

I am using drupal 4.6.4
LAMP (Fedora, Apache 2.x, Mysql 4.x, PHP 5.0.4)

Could it be a syntax error? Is it a php5 error? Is the module just SHY?

blank pages indicate a PHP fatal error... can you check your apache error log for any relevant details? thanks .

Similar problem here, except that all content - the whole website - disappears (when logged in as admin). Content only remains visible when not logged in.

Only remedy is to remove the survey module (thru ftp deletion).

I'm using version 4.7.1 of Drupal !

I believe you don't have the forms module installed. http://drupal.org/project/forms
