Hi,
Since a couple of weeks ago our system often creates double tickets for one incoming mail. First I thought it was our new server or firewall but I have made a fresh installation of the module at my web host and it gets the same error.
We use pop.gmail.com from Google, secure pop3, "/novalidate-cert".
The module stores the unique message_id string twice in the support_ticket table, at the same cron run.
Anyone who has the same experience?
BR,
Örjan

orjantorang commentedSorry, two simultaneous cron was executed, causing the double tickets. During a server move the old server cron was still executed at the same time as the new server. :-) Not the cron flag or the database message_id did stop the double ticket from being created.

jeremy commentedIt sounds like you've solved this, closing. (Be sure you're deleting messages when you download them.)
