I don't know if it should go within this module or into a separate supporting module, but it would be great if the tickets would automatically log the User Agent of the person submitting them. I am using this module to track support requests for my Drupal site, and it would make my life much easier if the User Agent string was recorded and viewable along with the ticket. I can only find one module that claims to do this, and it doesn't seem to be under development any more. Plus it doesn't really work in it's current state: http://drupal.org/project/ua_logger

I don't know if I can be of much help as my developing chops aren't up to par at all, but I will do whatever I can if someone wants to take this on.
