Hi,

I have created a mini add-on module which might be of interest to you. It tweaks some parts of the user interface of support.module to better suit websites where there is only one client.

I operate websites which use support.module as a ticketing system, but we only ever have one client. Hence, multiple client functionality is too much for us, and some of the user interface is sub-optimal.

This add-on module alters the menu paths and the breadcrumb to better suit single-client setups.

Please have a look if it interests you.

Possibilities:

1. Incorporate this into the source tree of support.module.
2. Create a new Drupal project for this as a separate module.
3. Ignore it.

Thank you.
